Welcome back to School! 

   The buses roared in this morning and out hopped children of all shapes and sizes.  Their beautiful faces brought a smile to my lips.  I love the beginning of school!  As a child I couldn't wait for school to start.  It always felt like a fresh new page had been turned and I could write a whole new chapter in my life.  I distinctly remember shiny new shoes and a new dress(I'm sure my mother made that dress) for the first day.  Meeting new friends and new teachers was always so exciting.  

   Parents, share your first day of school memories with your child today!  Write those family stories down in a family journal this year!  What a great keepsake for generations to come.  Students, add your own experiences to that journal.  Remember the sights and sounds in vivid detail.
