  8. Make predictions and justify conclusions based on data.
  9. Read decimal numbers using base-ten terminology.
  10. Use metric measurements as a context for representing, comparing, adding, and subtracting decimal fractions.
  11. Carry out simple unit conversions such as within a system of measurement.
