Welcome to the health office web site.
The school nurse is available to render first aid for illness and accidents that occur at school.
Whenever possible, medications should be given before or after school hours. If medication is needed to be adminstered at school a Drug Administration Form must be completed. These forms are available from the school nurse or under the resource link under medication.
We also monitor all illnesses. Please report all illness and injuries to the school by calling the main number and pressing 1.
The Connecticut physical form can now be downloaded and brought to your physician, it is located under the resource tab under HEALTH ASSESSMENT
